I cannot say enough great things about Shelby Rowlinson and her team. I found myself in a bind trying to find a place for my mother and they came through in spades. Shelby is charming and gracious and a consummate professional. Could not have asked for a better person to navigate me through this difficult and frustrating time.
Truly is a really nice place. Brian always has a smile while driving the bus and helping people out. Leslie plans great and fun activities that make a difference in the residents days. Janice is always available to help people out when they need it at night. Manzoor cooks up some of the best food I’ve ever had and am still thinking about it regularly to this day.
Life at Ironwood is good. Gail and Regina offer daily support, Brian keeps us safe on the bus and Nadra and Mansure manage the kitchen. Martin is a breath of fresh air. Janis and Patrick work quietly in the evening. And of course Leslie plans amazing activities and entertainment. Every staff member at ironwood contributes to our positive living experience. It’s a community of support
Welcoming staff and friendly. I was invited for lunch and service was great. Jay was polite and very efficient. Entertainment was wonderful. Leslie,Shelby and Damien went all out.
I have a good friend who lives here and every time I have visited her recently I have noticed the new sales manager Shelby. She is like sunshine. Always smiling, chatting with everyone, she’s stylish and well dressed everyday! Many of the residents have been talking and they absolutely love her energy and positivity. The staff are all very kind and supportive with anything asked of them. Makes the building feel so good to visit and very welcoming.
