I want to say first and foremost that from an actual dentist and hygienist point of view nothing but a great experience, to the point that we continued to go paying out of pocket when they dropped our BCBS insurance. As a family of five that all go to this office it is disappointing when a miscommunication on an appointment is handled so poorly, our appointment request for the day after returning from a trip was entered as the day we were traveling back from the trip for a cleaning.
