This place a cool. Lots of equipment and the trainers are great.
I cannot say enough good things about this place. My husband and I visit my in laws every year and we are grateful to have such an awesome place accessible to us. The facility has top quality equipment and the coaching and programming is equally impressive. I stopped into the 9am class with Monte and he gave very helpful tips that basically got me my first muscle up (technically a no rep, but I started on the ground and ended up on top and that’s further than I’ve ever gotten!) I dropped in to IRONWOOD while traveling from out of state to complete the 26.2 Open workout and had a great experience. Coach Connor was very welcoming and clearly a knowledgeable coach. He made sure I was welcomed into the group and that everyone was set up for success. Tracy, the owner, was kind enough to let me drop in for free, which was completely unexpected and appreciated! My husband, daughter and I dropped in for Thanksgiving week to Ironwood Crossfit and couldn't have a better experience! The community was very welcoming and friendly. The workouts were fun and each coach (Libby, Monte and Tracy) explained the workouts well. I'd highly recommend this gym to anyone looking for a CF home or just dropping in. Thanks guys!
