I dropped in to IRONWOOD while traveling from out of state to complete the 26.2 Open workout and had a great experience. Coach Connor was very welcoming and clearly a knowledgeable coach. He made sure I was welcomed into the group and that everyone was set up for success. Tracy, the owner, was kind enough to let me drop in for free, which was completely unexpected and appreciated! My husband, daughter and I dropped in for Thanksgiving week to Ironwood Crossfit and couldn't have a better experience! The community was very welcoming and friendly. The workouts were fun and each coach (Libby, Monte and Tracy) explained the workouts well. I'd highly recommend this gym to anyone looking for a CF home or just dropping in. Thanks guys!

Ironwood CrossFit is such a great gym!! I can’t recommend it enough. I was visiting the area and dropped in and felt immediately like I was at my home gym. Everyone was incredibly welcoming and encouraging and the space is clean and has everything you need. Thank you Tracy, Aeden and Kyle!
