Very good experience, I went into Ironwood centers believing that God had put me there to be healed and I felt at peace with a very friendly professional staff of doctors, nurses and administrative employees
Horrible office. I’ve been a patient almost 5 years and struggle with recurrent DVTs and PEs. I have an ACTIVE pulmonary embolism and was told by the ER to get an urgent appt with my hematologist because I’ve failed all the treatments they would normally offer. Anyways. Finally get in a week after I was diagnosed with the PE. And because there was a balance from a date of service 7 months ago that they didn’t bill correctly to insurance they wouldn’t let me go back for my appt until I paid for it. Im very scared to go back here, I had to come to get iron infusion and the nurses couldn't get a vein. They hit a nerve and stuck me 15 times, fished, and now my arm where they hit a nerve is in pain and the pain in shooting up my arm! I don't think im gonna come back here for my next round. Going to find someplace else.
