Start w/ with Dr Musci in Mesa. At least a 40 minute wait and he gives you 5 minutes w/o eye contact, empathy, or even questions answered. I once had to follow him out of the room to get a question answered in the hallway. I started chemo in 2021, he told me to "show up and do as I'm told". Thanks for all of the good times Mike. I have choices, so I transferred to the Desert Cove location in Scottsdale. Dr Bagai was kind and answered questions at first. Much better nurses in he infusion area than at Arbor. These people are the most incompetent office personnel I have ever run across. They cannot complete coding for bills and correct when faced with complaints. These are the only people we have had this problem with. I would never recommend them. We are receiving collection notices because of them. Save yourself the aggravation of dealing with incompetent people. Go somewhere else. They won't even answer their phones or return calls.
I would not recommend this place to anyone seeking care for cancer. The staff is rude and border on incompetent. The Doctor I was seeing Davis Romney fails to follow up with staff after appointments and trying to reach staff members is impossible. I will no go back to this place and I wouldn't take my little dog there if she had cancer. The most unprofessional medical provider I have ever been to in my life STAY AWAY FROM THIS HELL HOLE
HYPOCRITES! Many staff members walking around with no face mask, but all patients are ordered to wear one! They try to INSULT your intelligence by telling you, its employees coming into work! But that is NOT the case. They are walking all around including using microwave and coffee machines then returning to their stations! How can you trust people who have openly lied to your face!
Staff on an individual basis are great but I am exasperated on trying to get communications back from them. Invariably calling in for a prescription takes at least two days and I usually end up having to insist on talking to a human vs leaving a voice mail hoping for a call back that just doesn't happen. They really need to take a long look at how they communicate to their patients.
