I love coming here to get my car serviced. The staff, especially Travis and Kyle, are super accommodating and break everything down well. I don’t feel intimidated or scammed by the company at all, love the transparency as I’m not well versed in the automotive department. Ironwood was so open and honest about my car repairs. I would like to shout out Kyle for being real with me. I brought in my broken down 2015 Kia Soul thinking I blew a gasket. Turns out I had a hole in my cylinder 3 piston which would require a whole engine replacement. They were super understanding about what I just wanted to get done just to drive it again. There is a reason they have so many positive reviews! They thoroughly looked over my 2014 car and told what I needed, what I could do without and what I absolutely did not need. They explained things in a way that made sense without sounding condescending. Highly recommend if you're looking for a place that will tell you what you need and do not need.
Just had routine service done on my fairly new to me 4Runner. This shop is great! They include a checklist inspection with every service at no additional charge and performed a couple additional items at no cost. They’re transparent about what is actually needed vs. what Toyota lists.
