Very happy that this service is available in Burnsville. Kayla was amazing and I am very happy with her professionalism and her talent. She focussed on my problem areas and i felt comfortable and relaxed. Looking forward to my next session. I paid online and forgot to bring cash for a tip. I'll get you next time!
I wrote a review about five months ago. I gave Ironwood a one star. I am changing it to a three star. Why? Five months ago, I was wounded, hurt and frankly extremely angry! Four of my future appointments disappeared off their schedule without notice. Everything else was great. Since, I have grown to understand that Ironwood isn’t a good match for everyone. Had an incredible first experience. The place is so beautiful, cozy and inviting - I felt transformed even while parking in the cute spot. Katelyn was wonderful and professional, and helped relief a lot of the pain I had been in. Already booked 2 more appointments! And I gotta note the prices are very fair. Highly recommend.
The customer service from Eliza is wonderful. She is patient, accommodating, and communicative. My massage from Adon really got the knots out and he used so many techniques (cupping, bamboo, hot stones). I left with less pain and my muscles feeling loose. My second massage was with Katlin and it was one of the best deep pressure massages I’ve had. Her deep flow technique was so unique and felt incredible. It was sooooo relaxing. I had a wonderful experience at Ironwood Arts Massage Therapy. I was in town visiting friends and was thrilled to see that Ironwood had a 90 minute massage appointment available the very next day. The place is beautifully decorated with a soothing and relaxing feel. Rose was amazing! Such a sweet person and an incredible massage therapist.
