Great place to live
Please do not move here! There is MONTHLY water or hot water interruptions. Today is Easter Sunday, and we have no hot water. Again. If you value the use of water or hot water, PLEASE LOOK ELSEWHERE!
If you value hot water, or the use of water in general, DO NOT MOVE HERE. 4/20/2025 NO HOT WATER again on Easter.
Just renewed my lease for another year. I see so many changes that are happening with the apartments. I’m pleased with the staff in the office and the location is so convenient to Walmart and HEB. I definitely would recommend to my family and friends!! Love this place
The management is rude dishonest. This apartments are unsafe dirty. They dont have cameras. They dont clean or keep up with maintenance. 1 star for everything. Dishonest people. Be aware if you decide to move. Not luxury just old apartments. They steal around here too. Not a safe place for your kids or elderly. We told them 3 months ago they we were moving and they dont agree to that. They want to steal your money. Be careful to everyone. This are super dirty, roach city nasty aparments.
