Excellent apartment complex. I recommend it. It's very quiet and safe to live in and has the advantage of having many convenience stores just steps away from the property. I give it a 10 out of 10.
Great place to live
Please do not move here! There is MONTHLY water or hot water interruptions. Today is Easter Sunday, and we have no hot water. Again. If you value the use of water or hot water, PLEASE LOOK ELSEWHERE!
If you value hot water, or the use of water in general, DO NOT MOVE HERE. 4/20/2025 NO HOT WATER again on Easter.
Just renewed my lease for another year. I see so many changes that are happening with the apartments. I’m pleased with the staff in the office and the location is so convenient to Walmart and HEB. I definitely would recommend to my family and friends!! Love this place
