Just renewed my lease for another year. I see so many changes that are happening with the apartments. I’m pleased with the staff in the office and the location is so convenient to Walmart and HEB. I definitely would recommend to my family and friends!! Love this place
The management is rude dishonest. This apartments are unsafe dirty. They dont have cameras. They dont clean or keep up with maintenance. 1 star for everything. Dishonest people. Be aware if you decide to move. Not luxury just old apartments. They steal around here too. Not a safe place for your kids or elderly. We told them 3 months ago they we were moving and they dont agree to that. They want to steal your money. Be careful to everyone. This are super dirty, roach city nasty aparments. I lived there for a year and might've considered staying longer if my roommate stayed. The apartment was alright. The balcony door wasn't sealed properly so cold air came in. One of the rooms didn't have a ceiling light or fan, but the ac worked well. The kitchen counters felt cheap, but I didn't expect much. The pantry had a lot of space which was nice.
