My daughter just moved into Ironwood Luxury Apartments for grad school at Augusta University. I've been very pleased with the customer service from Falawna in the leasing office as she was very nice and professional during the renting process. I was also extremely pleased with the maintenance staff, Shane during move-in day. He went way above and beyond helping my daughter program her garage door opener, fixing the refrigerator drawer, bringing her trash can to her unit, and explaining the air thermostat. The apartments are spacious and comfortable
Maintenance staff was very helpful. Shane responded quickly to our maintenance request and solved our problem the first day and even followed up the next day to ensure HVAC was working properly.
Falawna is very kind, professional, and goes the extra mile for residents.
Very polite and easy to work with! Fryda and Falawna were absolutely incredible! Great apartments live in. Oddly enough it feels like home:))
