I started working out with Laura (9 years ago) after I signed up for a Spartan Race and had no idea what I was in for, so a friend suggested that I train with Laura. I continued to train with Laura because she is the only person that has been able to get me to commit to a healthier lifestyle and exercise. I actually look forward to my workouts at Ironwolf! Laura has thoughtfully planned each workout (every one is different) and maybe more incredibly, she’s created a hard-working and kind gym community.
