Wonderful gym. Supportive group and extremely knowledgeable trainer, laura
I was looking for accountability in a trainer for my running and competing in obstacle course racing. I found that in Laura, who is a tremendous trainer. She understands your fitness level and works to improve your flexibility, strength, endurance, VO2 max, obstacle proficiency. She'll push you to get your maximum results, without injury. Classes or private training - whatever your need is, she'll find a spot for you.
Laura pushes you to improve. She improves your strength endurance and technique. Excellent choice for people interested in obstacle course racing.
IronWolf is the best! Laura will challenge you beyond what you thought possible no matter if you're a seasoned athlete or new to working out. Great environment!
