Just took the strength training class at Ironwill Fitness and had a fantastic experience! The coach was amazing — super knowledgeable, attentive, and really helpful with correcting form throughout the workout. The bootcamp-style format kept things challenging but fun, and the energy in the room was great. Whether you're new to strength training or experienced, you'll get a solid workout here. Highly recommend — I'll definitely be back!
