Don't build with this builder. Their house quality is very poor. We have had problems with our house since day 1. We have been contacting them so many times, but they were so not responsive. They always tried to run away from the problems and tried to blame you instead of solving it. My sister-in-law's house was having problem as well. They poorly handled it and did the same thing to her. Stay away from Ironstone!
