Our residential building’s roof deck is under warranty by Ironside but has started to leak into the floor below. We have asked Ironside repeatedly to come and simply re-seal the roof and they keep stringing us along saying they will come but they do not. Very unprofessional especially after giving a warranty! It seems they are trying to let the warranty expire by not responding. I’d be happy to remove this review if they would just address the issue!
Company did comprehensive fire restoration. Still waiting for roof leak repair, egress window leak repair, and refund of $5000 insurance money owed us for work not done.

I absolutely loved how easy it was to deal with Ironside Restoration company. They responded timely and made all fixes without any problem or extra paperwork. I used them for a client of mine. Shawn Dreksler not only provided a good service, he was very personal and positive. It is really a pleasure to deal with such a company in the times when customer service idea has a vague definition for some. Great job, thank you so much!
iron side 1 was very helpful through our repair on the front of our home. CHRIS our project manager was GREAT HE was very helpful and knowledgeable, always responsive when I needed questions answered. The quality of there work was top notch. Timely and ready to get the job done, I highly recommend this company.
