Any and all problems with Ironside has been resolved very quickly. I will use them in the future.
Very rude people. Over charge me ask for a quicker delivery they charge me $550.00 to replace a belt and charge me $150.00 extra for a delivery. They ripped me off don't use them . I'm taking them to small claims court. I'm a senior citizen and I have a disabled daughter and they took advantage of this
Very professional, communicated well via texts/calls/emails and fixed my lawn mower within one day in May, beginning of the season, when other companies quoted I would be on backorder for minimum one week and others up to 3-4 weeks. I even received a call with instructions to try and attempt another fix myself if I so choose, which I did, and then called back to reschedule. My 6 yr old snowblower started running like it was 20 years old, it had brand new fuel in it, prior to the new fuel it had year old fuel with stabilizer in it. I googled snowblower repair in suffolk county that picked up / dropped off, chose IRONSIDE, followed the text messages and it was smooth sailing. On time, prompt, courteous service.
