I was recently away on holidays and ‘joined’ a local centre to use the reformers. I was able to follow the digital workouts without issue due to my experiences at Ironside. Ironside is my regular gym and the trainer facilitated Reformer Pilates classes have supported me to regain my strength and improve my balance after recently having both knees replaced. I love the reformer membership that also gives me access to group fitness sessions and the many options on the gym floor. Ironside is for anyone and everyone.

Came to Warwick for work and was so pleasantly surprised to find this gym. Equipment is state of the art without being annoyingly technical, staff are awesome. Ironside is a real vibe! I’ve been to hundreds of gyms around Aus. and this one will always be on of my favourites. Miss it already!
