We moved into a brand new apartment and had issues with faulty wired in smoke detectors constantly going off when you turned a light on. There has been a roof leak in my son’s room. It took six months for them to supposedly fix it. It is now leaking again. We have got a different company to come fix it properly.
We purchased in an apartment building constructed by Ironside. Simply the quality of work is sub par. Ironside take no responsibility for construction faults with thw approach of deny, deny. Choose wisely
Extremely disappointing and dangerous behaviour from an IRONSIDE company vehicle. While driving on the Ring Road near Sydney, I was overtaken illegally in the emergency lane by a branded IRONSIDE ute, which sprayed my car with rocks and debris. The driver then flipped me the bird as he sped off - WHY??! I’ve attached a photo of the vehicle. This kind of reckless, aggressive driving from a company representative is unacceptable and raises concerns about their values and professionalism.
Wow to Jason (Lily Garden)! Excellent customer service! Jason quickly and efficiently identified a leaking problem in my apartment and immediately coordinated with both plumber and tiler to get it fixed promptly. Truly appreciate his professionalism and support. Huge thanks to Jason !
I’d like to echo others’ experiences in thanking Suad Halilovic for his excellent work. He was very quick to get onto rectifying a building leak for me, and was extremely diligent with testing to identify the source. He coordinated all the trades and ensured everything was finished in a timely manner. It’s been a big relief to know the issue has been fixed properly and without hassle. He is very knowledgeable and friendly, and clearly takes pride in doing quality work. Thanks again, Suad!
