I had a motor changed which was okay. Then I went ahead and did brakes and I had to take it back 3 times to fix. They used the old rotor thinking I wouldn't notice, but now I have to go back the third time. I got treated like everything was my fault and turned around on me. They did a very shotty job, and was not treated very kindly. They want to act like professionals but they're not I wouldn't recommend using this place to fix my bicycle.
Awesome people! Great communication. Definitely love the merchandise. Always had a good experience whenever I stop and ask random questions.
Hands down best shop I have ever worked with they were fast got my truck fixed and back to me !
These folks are great, cool, and down to earth people who are extremely knowledgeable and take pride in their craft! They replaced a transmission in my heavy duty diesel and I couldn’t be happier! I was walked through options, educated and left with confidence that they would do a quality job! I will not be using any place else on my vehicles! Thanks Ironshore!
