Major disappointment. Was met with some of the rudest staff of any place I’ve ever been to. Needless to say- I didn’t give them a dime. After speaking to others, apparently this is normal behavior from them and their ownership. Recommend looking into other local distilleries.

My wife and I went inside yesterday just to look around. I love whiskey, but I'm not too knowledgeable about the whole process. We were greeted by Jim who was more than eager to teach us just about everything about their whole operation. He gave us a tasting of all their bourbons, then he brought us into the back to learn/watch the fermentation process. It was a real chocolate factory moment. Mind you, this was all on a busy Saturday. 10/10, couldn't have had a better experience!

I don't often leave reviews, but I find it necessary in this instance. I was incredibly disappointed in the customer service I received yesterday and have never been made to feel so unvalued in Irons One distillery. I may as well have left the whiskey there, as the experience left such a bad taste in my mouth. The value of the product lies partly in how the customers are made to feel in-store.
