I received an invoice from this company for work that was never performed. The invoice even described services that simply did not occur. I’ve made multiple attempts to contact Irons Electric to understand or resolve the charge, but they have ignored all attempts at contact: text, email, certified mail, and more. It’s unacceptable to send a bill that misrepresents what happened and then refuse to communicate about it. If their work is as sub par as the driver of truck 69 I would stay very far away from them. Kinda reckless to play games with commercial vehicles.

My mother had them come out to her house to look at a ceiling fan that the lights weren't working properly. They didn't replace the fan or the light kit on the fan. They repaired the light kit for a total cost that was much lower than purchasing a new one. We've had to use them a few times over the years and they've always provided great service at a good price.
