Had a house built by Irons 18 yrs ago. It has held up wonderfully well. There was one significant problem that arose about 9 yrs after completion that was probably caused by settlement. Even though he could have claimed it was a change in ground conditions, excessive rainfall, etc, John responded quickly and took care of the problem without any questions or cost to me. I would definitely recommend him to a friend or family member. John is probably the best builder in our region.
