Spent 5 days in Irons for the flea roast and had to board my dog for the first time. I recently adopted him and he had severe separation anxiety which only increased my anxiety towards boarding him. My cousin Ashley works at the hospital and eased my worries towards his stay there. When I arrived, all my questions were answered and they told me to call if I wanted to check up. WARNING! Terrible communication and professionalism with pet owners! Does a vet actually exsist at this place? I’m posting this for my mother who took her dog to this vet (or should we say vet tech since she never actually saw a vet at this place)and couldn’t be more upset about her visit! “I made an appointment at Irons Animal Hospital to get my dogs teeth cleaned. My second trip to Irons, both times were emergency euthanizations, both vets in Manistee are closed Wednesdays !! i am sure glad these folks are available !! Very accomodating, sympathetic & professional !! I would not hesitate another visit !! Thank You Dr.Elizabeth Kauffman & Staff !!!!
