I have really enjoyed my experience at Ironmind. The physical training the coaches have put me through is helping to make me stronger, more resilient and I'm gaining in confidence again. I find the excersise demanding, but I'm motivating myself to push my boundries - fighting my own physical levels of endurance and tolerance for pain. The Ironmind gyms have been of enormous benefit to me. Further to that, I like and get along well with the trainers who treat me with respect and dignity, in a friendly way.
