Zachary made my recovery so pleasant. He is so knowledgeable and friendly. I hardly even noticed I was getting therapy!
Dr Frangie made my pain go away immediately with the shot he gave me.
The front desk lady or receptionist a few people left a bad review about , she's the black woman. There are actually about 3 front ladies , but the white ladies are more friendly and helpful. The black woman is not rude per se, she's just got this personality or attitude that she tend to be a smartazz and say certain things that rub people the wrong way.
Dr Gregory and her MA Fernando were very thorough and knowledgeable. They diagnosed my near complete ACL tear while not pushing medication or surgery. They explained the pros and cons of surgical and non surgical management without making me feel pressured either way. They gave me adequate time to explain myself and didn’t rush me. My experience was the office/staff was positive during a very difficult and uncomfortable injury.
