We had a good experience with Eldon & his crew installing the 903 Utility Bed on our 18' Dodge Ram 3500. He consistently kept me up to date on what they were doing, how they were doing it and the problems they encountered. We weren't as impressed with the 903 Bed however when we got it back to our shop. We felt that there was a lot of wasted space in the cabinet design and the upper equipment bins had heavy lids with no handles and pistons that didn't hold the heavy lids open. Ironman Hitch completed a highly professional installation a Ranch hand bumper equipped with a Warn Xenon 12S winch that I purchased through them. The team was great; they offered me various installation options (not upsales, just how do you want it done interactions), they tested all components, then ran me through the entire install and operational process. They completed the work on budget, and on time. Coordination with my schedule and communication from the office were fantastic. A great team that I highly recommend.
