Aaron, the owner, is very knowledgeable and willing to provide advice or suggestions for your workout. All the other members I've met are friendly too. It's great place to train and nice bonus that weights are 24-hour access. I work out in the morning and usually have the gym to myself, and never have to wait to use equipment.

Great gym that has a variety of different styles of training done. Very enjoyable every time I go.
