I appreciate the honesty and love, showed to me concerning my Daisy. The compassion was so absolutely wonderful! I was completely devastated that I had to let her go. I fought so hard to keep her with me! She was my baby and my best friend! I had such a close bond with her. I'm thankful Dr. Diaz let me know the best thing to do was to let her go. It's the compassionate thing to do. Ugh just writing this makes me cry. But I know Daisy is at peace and not suffering anymore. I will see her again one day in Heaven.
I can’t thank Dr. Danielle Madrigal, DVM, and the entire team enough for taking such great care of my pup, Obi. From the moment we walked in, everyone was incredibly kind and reassuring. The front desk staff and the male vet tech with the ponytail were both amazing and made the whole experience much less stressful. Dr. Yen Chen was incredibly patient, compassionate, and supportive throughout a very difficult experience. She took the time to carefully explain all of the possible treatment options and levels of care for our dog, and made sure we understood what each path could involve. We never felt rushed or pressured, and they answered our questions with kindness, honesty, and so much patience.
