So much good to say about Ironhorse Motorcycle Trailers and everyone there. We wanted a lightweight trailer because our towing vehicle tow capacity was only 2,000#. Ironhorse was really our only option for two motorcycles in a covered trailer. I drove to TN to pick up the trailer. I'm so glad I did. Customer service and product quality is alive and well at Iron Horse trailers. I did a great deal of research and shopping before purchasing an Iron Horse trailer. I purchased a one bike trailer for my Harley Road King. The three key reasons I am so glad I purchased this trailer. 1. The trailer tows like a dream. You can’t tell it’s there and It barely makes a dent in my mileage. 2. It fits in my standard size garage. I can ride my bike into it while it’s in the garage. The best trailers and great service after the sell. Great people and service. I highly recommend Ironhorse trailers.
I phoned to ask for a price of the 2-motorcycle trailer, lady at other end began to ask several questions about types of bikes. I explained my boss did not give me details just wanted price range. She immediately sounded put off by my honest answer. She then gave me the price for both 2- regular size & 2-larger bikes. I thanked her. If your going to be rude/ put off when we call for a price then maybe you should consider posting the price.
