I'm actually going to miss this place now that I'm moving out, but it's one of the best apartments I've ever lived at. The office people actually are nice and try to get to know you. The maintenance people are fast and responsive. Don't read too much into the one star reviews, this is a rare type of place that is nice and cares about their tenants. If I could give more than 5 stars I would.
Getting one star is lucky. If I could say one word about this place it would be vile. I was walking around the complex seeing if I’d like it to live at, it was okay until I found a dead rabbit head on a stack of rocks. This was about a week ago, I called the office and still nothing has been done about it. This is massive health hazard and people need to know. If this is how you treat your property then I can’t even begin to imagine how you treat your residents. Here’s a photo…
Literally the best place I have ever lived. Staff is awesome and the maintenance team comes the same day, within an hour or less of being called. Amazing!!!! Great location as well. Super easy to get out of town or into town
