Nice place but there is a lot theft that happens here. Do not let the police cars outside the apartment fool you. Had multiple things stolen like my ebike and Amazon packages.
Do not apply - they will try to take money from you once they have your card. Looked into getting an apartment here, and completed the application w $25 fee. Before approval I decided to look elsewhere, and communicated to them I was no longer interested in Ironhorse, but about a day later they charged me $150 fee for “holding” the apartment. Absolutely the best place I've ever lived! I love their community events, celebrations & treats, they have the most caring and responsive staff that really humanize the landlord to tenant experience, they haven't sold out to the corporate/cold feeling that others have. The apartments themselves are very modern, clean, (no pests ever!!!) & beautiful, kind, quiet neighbors. Lovely pool & hot tub that is open with generous hours & never crowded. We've lived here for two months so far and have been consistently impressed. The grounds are kept clean, the apartments are lovely, and maintenance is *LIGHTNING* fast. Like under an hour even for low priority things! Their online portal to make payments is extremely easy to use, the shared spaces are great (I love working in the community area for a change of scenery) and the location is also amazing. Close to lots of grocery stores, and easy enough to get to Boulder (25 minutes or so). Lovely so far!
