This place is THE WORST! I moved in, cleaned the place up for the property manager and made the place move in ready for myself, since then I've gone days without water, and Maintenance that never shows up, I'm being charged fees not in the lease and the place is still in poor condition, I've paid my rent on time and even early until being charged fees over base rent and the communications with the Irongate employees show a disregard for renter safety and well being, please stay tuned for the video and text communication on m... read more
