I am very happy with my purchase here. I needed to replace the stair railings to my front and back doors. They were ready to pick up in a timely manner and all the cooperation was excellent!

I ordered front porch railings and was told they would be ready in 3 weeks. I gave a down payment and he did not get back to me for two months. By the time he had them ready it was already winter and difficult to install. He offered no assistance and we had to install alone. Less than a year later the railing came apart on the bottom at the end of summer and when I contacted him he told it would cost 150$ + tax for him to repair his work. This is the worst service I have ever had. I do not recommend anyone get their railings... read more
