I have been using iron edge for about a year and a half. The mobile technicians are excellent and always come prepared and if not, they’re very timely in getting to and from to get the job done whatever it takes..
I stayed the night of May 20th at the Petro Canada in Aldersyde, the morning of May 21st my semi truck was dead! I searched for a bit to find someone to give me a boost when a fine young man from Ironedge driving a service truck stopped to grab some A&W. He heard my issue and was quick to jump in and lend a hand! Very professional and one hell of a guy! Definitely left a lasting impression for not only himself but for the company as well! Unfortunately I did not catch his name, but well done young man!
We dealt with Ted and Ryan buying a new to us/used arborist truck. They kept the lines of communication open and transparent which we appreciated. They handled all of the technical questions with patience and sincerity. We would definitely recommend them especially if you value honest, straight forward people to deal with.
