Dropped in the 5am class for 2 days of crossfit. Great coaching on both days and a clean, well organized facility.
Best gym ever!!! Great people. Seth and Nicole (owners) , Kalem (General Manager) Ally, Matheus, Ivan just to name a few are the reason I’m addicted to this place. On top of the great members and friendship I have been able forge since coming for the past year. My day one experience was a little overwhelming but I quickly realized that it was time to get in shape. Last but not least, we will all miss Doug…. Amazing trainer!!!
I love Iron DNA Fitness! I come in low on energy and always leave feeling amazing. The coaches are professional, the people are great, and the environment is super motivating. The boot camp classes are excellent for all ages. Highly recommend
My parents live in Ft. Myers half the year so about two years ago I was looking for a place to workout while in town and found Iron DNA and am so glad I did. I cannot recommend them enough. The staff and clients are so welcoming and make you feel right at home. The classes times are great and the facility is always so clean and nice equipment. The prices are also great! I wish we had one where I lived. Go check it out!
10/10, the variation of exercises keep you engaged the entire class and push you to your limits! Allie was very motivating and helpful. Loved it!
