I dropped in at this gym two days in a row while traveling, and had two very different experiences. I found IronDNA fitness on the PRVN website, as I was looking for a CrossFit gym that follows their programming. The address listed on the PRVN website was an old address, so I made it to the gym 2 minutes before class started. My fault, I should have looked on their website to verify the address. Look no further for a gym that is challenging, has great variety, wonderful, friendly staff in a well laid out gym. They have both Cross Fit and Boot Camp group classes. Try them out!

I just turned 60 and needed to jump start my fitness in the new year. Personal Trainer Matheus Poli at IronDNA is awesome! He tailored the workout perfectly so that it was just enough - but not too much. It seemed easy but actually worked important muscle groups I hadn’t used in a long time. Great workout and I’m looking forward to more workouts. Thank you, Matheus!
