I called the registration phone number to inquire about the possibility of registering by mail for a certain program, was given a non-answer, and then abruptly put on hold. After several minutes I was transferred to an automated voice message which allowed me to leave my phone number for a callback, but I never heard back. Talk about poor customer service!
Wonderful experience. Was just hoping to see more of the old mall.
