The person who did her initial piercing isn't working right now because of COVID and we were stuck. I went to Ironclad Tattoo and the girl behind the desk was extremely rude when she informed us before we hardly made it though the front door that we had to wear facemasks. I asked if this was due to the governor's orders which have been rescinded, or the business rules. She told us that it was a shop rule that all customers must wear a facemask. I'm not medically tolerant to wear a facemask, which I tried to explain to her when she told me it didn't matter because ALL customers must wear a facemask. At this point, I had to ... read more

From the initial inquiry call to waving goodbye, our entire experience with Ironclad was phenomenal. Mike ensured my 6 year old daughter felt safe, comfortable, and confident with her decision to get her ear lobes pierced, and he worked quickly and efficiently while explaining each step.

I can not speak highly enough about my experience here! I came in to get my nose pierced on both sides. I don’t remember the girl’s name who checked us in but she was super friendly and welcoming. She also fit my friend in who came with me last minute. Mike is awesome! He is extremely knowledgable, honest and kind. I already had a nose piercing and wanted two on one side and one on the other.
