I am new here and know enough about lifting to be dangerous and to know a good thing when I see one. My first impressions of Ben and this gym were quite positive and have proven to be quite accurate. I don't have a lot of time and Ben was as flexible with me as possible. Ben zeroed in on my strength and weaknesses right away, which is a testament to his knowledge. Ironclad is a great gym to build your strength and athleticism. The vibes have always been warm and welcoming and the energy around all the athletes is infectious. Ben has both training and competition knowledge that he gladly offers to anyone willing to learn.
Whether it be strongman, powerlifting, or weightlifting, this gym has everything you need. The owner Ben is also very friendly and welcoming. As someone who was new to training stones, him popping over to share his knowledge and experience was most welcome. Couldn't recommend Ironclad enough.
I have been training at Ironclad with Ben since 2019. I started with powerlifting and made the move to strongwoman in 2021. Ben’s programming has gotten me to deadlift over 400lbs and to press overhead more than I could ever imagine. His knowledge of athlete strength programs is backed by his training and education. Training with Ben has gotten me to qualify for Nationals and to a Worlds Strongman competition in Ireland.
Ben is the most knowledgeable and caring coach I have ever worked with. Highly recommend this place!!
