I can’t say enough good things about this establishment and their team. From the moment I walked in, I was welcomed with open arms and felt at home and comfortable. The coaches are all amazing- they’re kind, knowledgeable and extremely helpful in making sure your form is correct. I’ve already seen changes in my body in just a few weeks and my stamina has greatly increased. Every class runs smoothly and is enjoyable. FIVE PLUS STARS!
He was very accommodating and took the time to check in on me and make adjustments as needed. I didn’t feel intimidated or pressured. Rather, I felt a part of the group while also being able to focus on my own workout.
I’m always at ease when Danielle is coaching. I feel more at ease, knowing she will find the workout that pushes me but that acknowledges my physical limitations.
