Rude, says they can help see my child then refuses to see them Don't waste your time
Poor communication. Thought I had an appointment and apparently the receptionist failed to check her email for my appointment. Walked in and was turned away when I needed help. Find someone else who can properly communicate.
Not a great experience with Mr. Stitt. Not going into detail but he needs a refresh on his training he probably recieved in the 70s... He needs a more modern approach. Maybe he's better with 1:1 but fails on a basic level with group.
