The owners may have changed but it’s still the same dirty and broken down gym. The owner also won’t refund you. You keep getting messages about him working on refunding you. The equipment falls apart as you use it. Prepare to be injured and get bit up by spiders. You're better off trying another gym. Rude trainers, they hog equipment, why waste money here?

The best gym anywhere. Owner is a great guy. I've been stationed everywhere and Everytime I find a new gym I say "I wish I could go to Ironborn".

Visiting family in Yuba City and needed a good gym—this place crushed it! Tons of equipment, super clean, and the vibe was awesome. The owners, Bibiana and Chris, were super welcoming, hooked me up with a great visitor’s pass, and even shared some workout tips. Highly recommend!
