Ironborn Strength is a great place to train! The atmosphere is focused and motivating, the facility is clean and well organized, and the staff are friendly and supportive. Every workout feels productive, and the positive environment makes it easy to stay motivated. Definitely a great choice for anyone looking for a quality training experience!

The owners may have changed but it’s still the same dirty and broken down gym. The owner also won’t refund you. You keep getting messages about him working on refunding you. The equipment falls apart as you use it. Prepare to be injured and get bit up by spiders. Yes these handles are where you stick your hands so you can be trapped when the neighborhood of spiders come after you. Looks like it hasn’t been cleaned in years. Also no AC. You're better off trying another gym. Rude trainers, they hog equipment, why waste money here?

The best gym anywhere. Owner is a great guy. I've been stationed everywhere and Everytime I find a new gym I say "I wish I could go to Ironborn".
