Hands down the best recovery centre in Melbourne! The team is so welcoming and looks after you so well! The centre is nice and clean and well presented. I would highly recommend anyone looking for a gym and recovery centre to come join Kingdom Recovery!
Such a beautiful space to relax in. I love with my time using the wide variety of recovery modalities (I've fallen in love with the massage chair). It's very welcoming and such great value for access 24/7. Everytime I leave, I'm already planning my next visit.

Kingdom Recovery is a one stop shop for all things training, recovery and overall atmosphere. I've visited for both treatment and recovery and am always so impressed with the cleanliness of the space. I've recently started using the gym space to train recently and the experience has been no different - Sandy & Ed maintain a vibe that is always comfortable, supportive and welcoming. Do yourself a favour and check it out! You won't regret it
Ed is awesome, great at helping me get out pain, facilities are top notch too.
