Cool gym equipment, cool owner, cool atmosphere, cool background music and portraits, affordable, convenient, never too crowded, and close to my home.
No, I do not recommend this gym. I refuse to give business to these owners. Rude. Poor business practices in and outside of the gym.
Owner is genuine and honest, exactly what we need in Roanoke Rapids. Great equipment, friendly people, no issues whatsoever. Usually not busy, plenty of equipment and space.
Tracey is an awesome person and a great small business owner. He made my family and I feel right at home. Between the owner, hours, location, and equipment. I highly recommend this gym.
