My wife and I joined Iron Works about 5 months ago. We had never even seen the inside of gym before, so we had no idea what to expect. The experience has been wonderful. Garrett has been ever patient and helpful, and now we actually enjoy coming to Kenly (never thought I'd say that). If you're in the area and are looking for a convenient, clean, family-friendly, low-stress gym, this is your place.

The rating scale for this gym doesn't even go down far enough. Poor-fair is overstating my experience there. If I could give it my own rating it would be TERRIBLE. No one should ever sign up there. Seriously, it's worth the 20 minute drive to Smithfield or Wilson. To begin with, my boyfriend has been an internationally certified personal trainer for 5 years... so he knows what he's talking about as far as creating a workout program.
