Worked out here during a business trip to Chicago. It's solid. All of their benches have safety bars on them; no need to worry about going heavy without a spot. They have two power racks, one proper deadlift platform, and tons of chalk. Management was friendly and they sell Lean Body, which is delicious. Best of all: it's 15 minutes away from ORD! I'd work out here again for sure.

Not a visitor’s gym - you need an appointment before you can even walk into the gym. If you’re visiting from out of town (like me) - make sure you call ahead or you will be waiting outside of the gym for 30min in the cold calling the number on the door to even be let in. 10 times I called with no answer. You also need an appt for a day or week pass - so plan ahead. Just a heads up.

I came to this gym for vacation. Personally, I really liked this gym. Iron Wold Fitness had a great set up and space for everything. I was impressed with the layout. In addition, I was impressed with the saunas, cold plunge, and even the posing room. Everyone I had met were polite and respectful. The only thing I did not like was that the guest pass was a little bit confusing to obtain. I ran around for a bit just to figure everything out. Overall, my experience with Iron Wolf Fitness was pleasant and worth the money.

Great owner, great hours, almost never a wait. & people are there to actually work out, not socialize & hog equipment time. The new addition to the main gym & the separate leg factory are a great expansion.
