My home away from home. This gym has everything a lifter would need, the expert advice from Stewart these past few months have gotten me out of my plateaus on my SBD and broken my PRs by astronomical numbers. The itself gym has a wide variety of equipment with more than 10 barbells, powerbars, squat bars and ez curl bars, dumbbells go up to 100s, two deadlift platforms, a squat monolith, and five squat racks. Great little spot for competitive lifters. Reasonable day prices for visitors from out of town. They also offering fencing lessons and group classes. You'll enjoy it here.
