I was interested in getting some equipment and had a terrible experience. Sean belittled me like I didn’t know what I was looking for, and tried to upsell me for more than I was looking for. Felt like he was trying to make an extra buck because I’m a “dumb woman”. Sad.
The company from a selling point of view was great. We have made many calls to them about some doors that are rubbing and trying to get it warrantied and nothing has happened to date. Gave up i would pay more to get serviced and treated good elsewhere.
