They expect the consumer to pay and wait to get reimbursed on warranty issues. I will never buy from this company again I now have a $7000 paperweight and have to file legal action. When confronted Johnathon became angry and stated I would be laughed out of court. So we will see. I would never recommend iron vac to anyone. I’m looking forward to updating this after the court date.
