Everyone is so welcoming and helpful. All of the coaches are so encouraging and there’s a great team atmosphere at the gym. Despite being fairly new to weightlifting and pretty out of shape, the coaches still take their time to work with me, encourage me to push harder, and help me nail my form. All of the gym members too have been so so friendly.
