Established in 2008. Like many great inventions, Iron Tribe Fitness was born of necessity and frustration. In 2008, Forrest Walden wanted a place to do group-based workouts with friends. But he couldn't find any gyms in the Birmingham, AL area with the right space and equipment. So he started his own gym -- in his garage.
