This place was great. Everyone was super friendly and it was a challenging workout. I was a little confused about what I was supposed to be doing and when, but im sure that would change if i came more often. We also had alot of running outside on a hot humid nola day, so that part was tough since I come from a cool dry climate. Id definitely come again. Thanks Iron Tribe!!!

Camaraderie with Coaches and athletes
I really loved my experience with the gym. I was fortunate to get a promotional month and took full advantage. Amy was amazing. Patient and offered lots of encouragement and additional attention and support. She was knowledgeable, intelligent and I felt safe under her guidance. I am under 5 feet tall so I did not fit the bike, even on its lowest setting. She gave me alternative options for cardio.
