Coaches are encouraging, friendly and patient and always make me feel competent (gym workout is new for me) I like it is organized so you can get in and out in one hour with a workout tailor to your needs. I also like the emphasis in the right foods to get your goals :)
I’ve been coming to ITF for about 4 months now and absolutely love it! I’ve always been intimidated by gyms, but ITF is different. All the coaches & staff are so friendly , knowledgeable, patient and supportive. They want you to succeed. It has such a warm family vibe to it. I started the Prime program due to having osteoporosis and not wanting to take medication. Coach Josh wrote me a plan according to my needs and I got to work.
