I love how the coaches and owner legitimately care about your goals. They help you with form, modifications(when needed) and nutrition. I've been a member for over three years and I don't plan on going anywhere else. Thanks to their coaching and focus on performing the exercises with the correct form I was able to get rid of my scoliosis. I dealt with back pain for over 10 years and I would've never imagined that my back was gonna be fixed at the gym.
I’ve been a members since they opened at the time of Hurricane Harvey. I had lots of time off to contemplate where my life was going. My health and fitness were suffering. It it close to my house so convenience was the number one reason I chose ITF. I have made a great group of friends who are my accountability partners. We sweat hard and cut up big time. It’s great to see everyone grow in their fitness journey together. If you join us, we are family.
