Where to start the purchase agreement I signed and the one sent to the bank were different was told by Garret that they would make any difference noo the 3rd purchase agreement when picking up was more. Iron trail motors sold me a 2016 duramax diesel for $30,000.00 that everything that could go wrong went wrong. I’ve had it just over a month and it’s been to the shop 6 times, they did work on it & never fixed the problem, it’s pouring antifreeze soon as you fill it up, I spent $700.00 in antifreeze. They contacted me the last time I dropped my truck off and said it was head gaskets and that’s between $7,000-$10,000. Now the rear differential is leaking, I have 4 different lights on in my truck. Drove 7 hours to look at a pickup that was said to have no flaws in the paint.... show up to very disrespectful employees and a pickup that was far from flawless. The sales manager Kent in my opinion should not have a job there anymore....to tell a salesmen to give the guy his money back and tell them to get the fu** out of here is exactly the place I would never buy a vehicle from worst car buy experience ever... the owner is definitely going to be getting involved in the situation... False review, price was agreed to on the phone after pictures and walkaround video sent to the customer, before they arrived. Vehicle is clean, GM Certified, and in certified condition. Customer tried to offer $3,000 less when they arrived and we did not accept their offer. When we did not accept the offer customer became upset. Customer had the opportunity to purchase at the agreed price but declined.
One star is way too much!!! My husband and I cashed on a brand new 2019 Chevy Silverado and we included an Undercoating Protection on Friday August 23, 2019. With Undercoating Protection, we needed to make future appointment to get service done on it. Great!
